Re: Early region top 10 predictions
1. Crown point (state runner ups) 2. Merrillville (most consistent program in entire region) 3. Valpo( 2nd most consistent and lost to Merrillville) 4. Hanover central (won’t be higher than 4 unless they take on the top 3) 5. Hobart( will they come time in right direction with the new coach?) 6. An...

Re: Early region top 10 predictions
Not to disagree with anyone about it Brian Parker on the list… wasn’t he forced out by merrillville? Could have sworn I read somewhere a while back that seiss wanted a different OC because Parker and him didn’t see eye to eye! I coukd be wrong but I don’t think Parker would go back if he was forced...

Re: Early region top 10 predictions
A lot to absorb in this thread... 1. Don't worry about providing Portage names cause no one cares about Portage football. Roy Richards is an excellent coach and deserves better, but the over/under for W's on the Warpath is set at 1.5. 2. As for the clowns over at the Governors Shack, I'm sure the WR...

Re: New Coach at Lake Central
LC needs to open the checkbook, drive 10 minutes south on 41 and give Brian Parker what he wants! The way he has accelerated Hanover in such a short period of time when you think about it, is pretty incredible.

Re: Hobart Looking for Next Coach
Just handing it over to Eric Schreiber seems like low-hanging fruit. I am sure he is a good coach, but being 8-9 in 2 seasons at West Side and coordinating a underachieving defense the last couple of years hardly is a sexy pick for the Brickie faithful and could get ugly if things so south. Seems l...

Re: 2024 Top Ten
How do we veer off topic talking about a sorry Andrean team from this season?
Of course they'll be better next season. It's hard to be any worse.

Re: DAC Job Opening
If I had to bet, I'd say Parker would be the guy if Seiss decided to leave. He was an assistant under both Wells and Seiss before he left for HC.

Re: DAC Job Opening
I would think that Peterson's days at Chesterton are numbered. That community deserves better than mediocre football. Maybe I am wrong, but I don't think Chesterton football has ever won a sectional before. I could be wrong. Chip Pettit is the superintendent of Duneland Schools and I can't fathom fo...
