Re: Merrillville/crown point semistate opinions and predictions.
Cp only won that game by that much do to merrillville missing 5 starters to start game… QB was hurt but played (ankle) Rb (ankle) And then during game lost DT (broke arm) DB (broken hand) We replay that game is a 3-7 point game Name the 5 starters that didn’t start the game. Re: Merrillville/crown point semistate opinions and predictions.
Westfield @ CP I’m going to take the Bulldogs in this one. I think they have the team and coaching to win this one. My three reasons 1. Quarterback Ehrlich 2. Home field advantage 3. Go to the wildcat power offense early and often. Why Westfield could win? They are a talented team. They hold a 20 po...

Re: Merrillville/Valpo rematch.
It was a good game. Valpos defense just didn’t hold up down the stretch. Hope those kids keep their heads high. They brought the first state championship to the DAC in about since 1993. I would have thought Snider beats either of these teams. The ville has the athletes and defensive line for an upse...

Re: Merrillville/Valpo rematch.
I felt a lot better about this game for Valparaiso weeks back then I do now. Justin Clark has regressed as a passer. It’s sad that Valpo has one of the best WR tandems in the region with Stokes and Bradley and they barely get used because Clark is wildly inaccurate. I just don’t think Valpo will gen...

Re: DAC Job Opening
Guessing the team with the potential opening is out of the playoffs already. Considering the news out of La Porte, that narrows it down to Portage and Chesterton, and I don’t see Portage and Richards parting ways, even if they did go 0-10. I can’t see Portage making another change. It’s clearly a t...

Re: Hanover Central loss
That loss is going to hurt for along time. I’m not sure about going for two. If you truly believe you are the better team then play the odds and hope for a stop. Crazy to go 22-2 in the last two seasons and not even win a sectional title.

Re: Crown Point vs. Warsaw or Penn
Penn has some good speed at QB and RB. They ripped off some long runs against Valpo. Valpo is a different team now. They have #45,#11, and #48 play a lot more for Valpo in the front 7 now. But I think Penn vs. Crown Point is going to be a really good game. Can’t wait to watch it. That’s my predictio...

Re: Region sectional winners
The winner of Hobart/NP is the overwhelming sectional 17 favorite. With Valpo's injuries I don't see anyone from the 219 getting to Lucas Oil. Valpo only has one major injury. That’s RB Travis Davis. Other than that they have gotten pretty healthy the past few weeks. If anyone knows anymore injurie...
