Re: Whiting Open
In todays climate of free transfers, admins changing on a dime, and the absolutely abysmal state of compensation for the amount of work they do isn't this idea a little antiquated?hobart25ballout wrote: ↑Wed Dec 31, 2025 2:33 pmWhen you make a deal with someone it should mean something especially when he was on the docket to be approved on the next school board meeting. Then to bail the day before to take Whiting. I definitely don't want him coaching any of my kids because those aren't the values you should be setting as a leader and a coach.junior11 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 22, 2025 5:07 pmSo you’re upset someone took the job that had the better offer? I don't disagree with what you're saying about a deal meaning something but that's an idea from a time when public servants were treated a whole hell of a lot better than they are now. Last time we had a president who took personal responsibility for their actions and asked the public to do the same they place a lead slug in his cranium in Dallas. Ever since then it's been pass the buck policy from the top down so no wonder society has shifted from deals and their word meaning something. (not political at all, merely a historical observation)
I can't fault Hudak when the money in public service is the way it is currently.
