Week 7 DAC predictions


Lake central @ Chesterton:

Chesterton is coming in off a 20 point win over portage. Chesterton was able to put a complete game together for the first time all season. They are gonna need that again this week! Lake central comes in off a 20 point loss to Michigan city. Lake central was able to move the ball during the game but mistakes in the 2nd half killed any chance they had of winning the game. Chesterton should be able to move the ball well enough to get the win.

Laporte @ crown point:
Laporte enters off a blowout loss to the merrillville pirates. Laporte was never in the game as the pirates controlled everything from start to finish. Crown point comes off another dominating game against the Vikings of valpo. Crown point has been able to control the line of scrimmage with no effort in most games this year. Laporte will have no answer for anything crown point does and there do it all player Mr. Raymond will have another tough night.

Crown point wins 50-0


Portage @ Michigan city:

Portage enters off a 20 point loss to the Trojans. There do it all QB has done well with the team he has around him just hasn’t equaled wins. Portage has grown as the season has gone on but not enough to make this competitive. City comes in after a bounce back win over lake central. City was able to move the ball effectively and dominate the 2nd half.


City wins 35-14


Merrillville @ valpo:

Merrillville comes in off a dominating shutout over the Laporte slicers. Merrillville pass and run game has got going since week 4. But Merrillville may be coming into this game short handed with a few injuries I hear. Valpo on the other hand has improved weekly but still got dominated by crown point as most have. This team has to step up this week just like they had to do last week to keep it respectable. I think the pirates short handed or not have no issue putting this game away early.
