I think finding a quality head football coach in a school district that has been steadily trending downwards is going to be difficult for the new Whiting admin team. I fully believe that their admin team will more than likely turn the tide in Whiting. I fully believe in what they're attempting to do in Whiting but I just don't think the money is going to be there to convince a quality head coach to leave their current job (whether that's as a head coach or coordinator) to rebuild the Oilers.
