Are you willing to pay to watch high school football at home. ?
You can watch lots of games if you're willing to fork out that cash money./
Its a contribution to the school and the athletic program.
But it may cost more than if you actually attended the game like you always have
Pay Per View. Is it good for you?

Love watching college and NFL on tv... high school football IMO have to be in attendance. Something about a Friday night, whole community out to support team, the sound of the marching band, the Friday night lights as you're walking up to the gate. Can't wait to catch a game tomorrow night!oldunclemark wrote: ↑Wed Aug 18, 2021 9:20 pmAre you willing to pay to watch high school football at home. ?

All good and you know I agree.
But what if you cant go. What if Covid says you stay home?
What if it 40 degrees and raining and the game is in South Bend?
Would the fact that you can pay $10 and watch it at home influence you to stay home?
And what if the state championship games (as they were in softball) are pay-per-view?
What then? Would you pay?

Some areas already have PPV games in the playoffs. Teams are not able to stream games during the playoffs unless they go through the state website and make people pay money.
I would be better with it if the money was going to the school, but I don't think that happens much, at least not much of the money.
It is like everything there are pros and cons to it.
