IFCA COY
One can only marvel at how catastrophically Lowell football must have deteriorated for McKim to emerge as Coach of the Year. Was the programme genuinely on life support, or have we simply reached the stage where basic competence is mistaken for genius? Being thrashed by 20 points in a sectional final by a side you’d already dispatched earlier in the year is now apparently rebranded as “progress” under RDP — a fascinating redefinition of the word. And as for Kilmer, one can only assume he was enjoying a rather extended kip while the standards quietly slipped out the back door. All very inspiring stuff, if one’s bar is set somewhere near the cellar.
Re: IFCA COY
Lowell was better this year with a really talented senior class. I’ll be interested to see what year two of McKim looks like for the Devils.
