Is it accurate that Lake Central has two future D1 Quarterbacks on this roster? Soon to be Junior Jonny Sorensen and soon to be sophomore Chase Kwiatkowski? Sorensen has already been offered by Bowling Green. Kwiatkowski appears to have a very bright future as well.

I will believe Lake Central has a D1 QB when that kid is officially on the roster, would question what kind of offer BG really made on a kid who did not start Varsity full time for his high school team.

LC does not have two D1 QB's.
Jonny is needing a full season under center to prove he can play in the DAC then we can evaluate him.
Chase is very young and has a bright future. We will see if Good will open up the playbook to use his arm and mold him to be a D1 QB.

To Be Continued!!!!

So, which one is getting the starter reps between Sorensen and Kwiatkowski?

Don't know? If it was like us at Hobart we would go with the younger kid.

Who would you go with Slicer 46 if it was your team?

Is Synder running the offense at Chesterton?

Speaking as I’ve seen Sorensen play since he was a freshman at CP and I think was projected to be the starter when Buz took over before he went to LC, I would go with him

So, what does Chase do if he would lose the spot to Jonny? Will he stay at LC?

LC played both Jonny Sorenson (Junior) and Chase Kwiatkowski (Sophomore) a lot last night, rotating them even within the same drive. Both looked pretty solid, but then again it's Munster. Sorensen a nice ~45 yard TD pass on a go route down the sideline. Not trying to be too harsh against the Munster kids but wow that program has really fallen to Great Lakes Conference level. I'd say the roster looked like about 35 kids.

Biggest surprise of the night involving DAC teams I think was Chesterton. Don't think many expected them to control the Brickies that way.

I think the question now in the DAC is, who is the 2nd best team in the conference? Most votes were Valpo or City prior to last night but hard to say Crown Point isn't a contender for 2nd best after 1 week.
