The game was played and Valpo won, “fluke” plays aside.

Both of these teams will almost certainly play again so how about we just let that game settle this.

Seven weeks after it happened and it just becomes more puzzling that LaPorte beat New Prairie.

Right! Its been a wild year, cannot believe we are in week 8 already with Sectional Draws on Sunday

There is one item of note -- New Prairie apparently got a couple of players back by the time they played Lowell that they didn't have when they played LaPorte. But even then, the LaPorte/New Prairie win is a shocker.

LaPorte beats New Prairie by 2 in week 1.
Lowell beats LaPorte by 19 in week 2.
New Prairie beats Lowell by 41.

Math would lead you to believe that New Prairie in week 1 would get beat by New Prairie in week 3 by 62 points.
