Re: NEW FOOTBALL STATE SECTIONAL ASSIGNMENTS
I get it is for grouping schools in the same geographic region, but having 1 sectional in 5a with 5 teams and the rest with 4 and having 6 sectionals with 8 and 2 with 7 in 4a stupid

Re: NEW FOOTBALL STATE SECTIONAL ASSIGNMENTS
With the new rollng sectionals classes will more than likely be unbalanced going forward so this will change yearly in all classes but expect this going forward. Every other year they will do enrollment while the in-between years is points..so more than likely every year there will be some sorta unbalanced. If noone moves up from 5A next year there will be 3 sectionakd the following year with 5:teams..
Re: NEW FOOTBALL STATE SECTIONAL ASSIGNMENTS
Cathedral and New Pal in 5A means no chance of DAC state championships for the next 2 years. Nothing really changes other than that.

Re: NEW FOOTBALL STATE SECTIONAL ASSIGNMENTS
1. Merrillville is undefeated against cathedral and they just lost most there jv and freshman team to North central according to rumors.. (I want a Merrillville vs cathedral final) just think that would be fun
2. New pal and cathedral fall to east central
3.. this might be the last year a DAC team outside of Chesterton and Laporte is in 5A .
Next enrollment figures next year im hearing
City falls to 4A . Valpo up to 6 A enrollment
Merrillville (hopefully by success) all we gotta do is get to state
Also hearing Morton falls to 4A and Hammond central is expected after next year to have 6A enrollment.. might be a lot of changes but that's a whole year away.
Re: NEW FOOTBALL STATE SECTIONAL ASSIGNMENTS
