Looks like the old ball coach is grabbin’ his ball and wanderin’ down Country Road 250 N, yeah? Man’s switchin’ the kit as well — droppin’ the orange and rockin’ up in red now. Proper wardrobe change, that.

Oi, doc — that job still got a pulse or what?
Yeah? Proper then. Right, tell Milby to chuck his name in, he’s havin’ a crack at it. Bloke goes after any gig that’s still breathin’, don’t he

At what point do you as an AD get wind of this incessant applying everywhere and think this guy clearly does not want to be here so why not just get ahead of it and relieve him of his duties?

No one is knocking down the door over at Hammond Central so one has to think what is the situation there. With the right support the program can be successful. From the outside looking in it appears the support is not there. Hudak was not a bad coach nor is Milby. The administration has to decide if they want a successful program. It will take three or four years to get things on solid ground. As it stands now the entire athletic program has one foot on a gravel pile and one foot in the grave. Do better to make it better!

In terms of Hammond Central, they are bleeding athletes to Morton, no way they will be successful.

Regarding Tyler Milby, he's a young head coach who needs to have quality assistants to help him be successful. I don't know who's on his staff but my guess is he doesn't have a good support system.

If we had a heart emoji/ reaction button, I would use it here. I imagine they're losing athletes to more than Morton as well but a large majority are probably moving across town.
