Needs a tough coach that tells the admen what he needs to succeed. If they don’t want to give it to him… walk away.

I'm don't know who you are referring to board-member wise - but there is a board member who has done more damage to the Bearcat Football program overall than anyone, IMO.

That literally just happened to them with Mr. Testa. Lol he may not be "the toughest" man around but I know he was pretty clear in what he needed/ expected and now, he gone...

Will likely be a problem in terms of attracting a quality head coaching candidate.
