South adams @ north Judson:
There 2 teams haven’t met ever in the tournament!
South Adams comes into this matchup off a 40-21 win over north Miami. They were able to control the game and do what they wanted on both sides of the ball. This isn’t very solid team. North Judson on the other hand has been a run away train all year putting everyone they play on a running clock. South adams has a solid offense which can score some points but north Judson has a team I think that could win 2A this year. South adams congrats on making it this far but the bluejays take care of business and our young on a clock too.

Adams central @ Andrean:
Never met in tournament!!!
Adams central comes into this one at 12-1 they have lost back to back state title games in 1A. This team has been solid all year good offense and a good defense. They do some things that can cause problems for opposing teams. Andrean comes into this matchup off what some would say an upset but I said they were favored! Andrean has been great all year and played a much tougher schedule than Adams central! They are battle tested for this game. Even though Adams central can cause some problems it’s time for there season to end. Andrean playing (merrillville, Valpo, chatard) will matter. Adams central hasn’t seen anything close to those level teams.

Merrillville @ warsaw:
Last meeting: 2019 regional merrillville won 42-28
Warsaw enters this game off a big win over the Lafayette Jefferson broncos 44-27. This didn’t seem like your ball control game like Warsaw wanted it to be. Warsaw was able to run for 420 yards on Jeff but only threw for 40. While Jeff was able to destroy there pass defense by torching warsaw for 368 yards passing. Merrillville enters this game off another blowout type victory against the Valpo Vikings. Gotta say this merrillville teams is becoming more balance as the year continues to go and it’s scary. Warsaw is going to have to become a more balanced attack in 1 week because I believe merrillville is the best rush defense left in 5A if they make the one dimensional eventually the pirates will shut it down. Warsaws defense also needs to shut down 2 (1000 yard rushers) and a QB and his WR core that can open the field at any point and time. Merrillville defense just know your gaps and stay in the right mind set and this game should be yours! Merrillville should be a heavy favorite in this game

Crown point @ Westfield:
Crown point won last years meeting in overtime and this year crown point has to travel to Westfield. Crown point hasn’t seen anyone that can stay close all year. And unfortunately for them. I still don’t see this happening Westfield hasn’t seen a caliber of offense that crown point is bringing to this table. But the tracks will slow crown point down to start the game. When it comes down to it crown point is on a mission and they will do it this year.
